Brief:
Redesign the menu for a well established cafe and juice bar in Buffalo, NY. The cafe dramatically reduced the number of menu items, and was seeking to communicate to their loyal customers that these items were healthier, but just as delicious.

Concept:
Use craft paper to create a tactile experience of comfort for the customers. The layout is very structured and organized to provide ease of use for the customer as well as a clean, modern aesthetic. The menu was designed to communicate Ashker’s Shift to clean, whole-food ingredients, and a higher quality product and experience for customers.
