Brief:
Redesign the menu for a well established cafe and juice bar in Buffalo, NY. 

Concept:
Ashker's has a menu which features many, many items. Previously, they were using a double gate fold menu. The size was 11x17 prior to folding and text was on all 8 panels. Customers were often flipping, folding, and unfolding the menus trying to navigate through the content and struggling to do so. To remedy this, stick to a one page - double sided - no fold, menu. Divide the menu items into clear sections that establishes a simple path through the sections for the readings.

The establishment is a home-grown family business that is heavily involved in the community. Appeal to consumers sense of nostalgia with elements from vintage diner menus, but update them to give the menu a fresh and healthy feel.
