Brief:
Redesign the menu suite for Sorellina, an Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar located on the historic Washington Street in the heart of Hoboken whose mission is to provide first class hospitality while celebrating Italy’s vibrant culinary culture through food and wine.

Concept:
Create a design system that is fresh and modern, reflects the “farm to table” nature of the ingredients, and stays true to authentic Italian culture.  The objective of the design was for it to be simple enough to let the creativity of the food speak the loudest, while still creating a refined sensory experience for the patrons.
